How Much is Delivery?

Our delivery is £5.99. This is sent through DPD who track the packages and is for the next working day.
Any orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day.
Orders placed after 12pm on Friday/weekend, will be dispatched on the next working day.

Are Your Products Vegetarian?

Yes! We have a full range of both Vegan and Vegetarian sweets. All of our sweets are free from gelatine. Some of our vegetarian products do contain beeswax. Our Vegetarian sweets are clearly labelled next to the product name. Please ensure that you have read the ingredients and allergens before placing your orders.

Are Your Products Gluten Free?

We have some products that are Gluten Free. Please see the 'Ingredients' drop down menu on each product for allergens.

How Long Will My Sweets Last For?

We recommend that once opened, store the sweets in an air tight container to preserve them for longer. Our products are best enjoyed within 6 months of opening, but let's be honest, they taste so delicious that they will be eaten within days of opening!

Are Your Products Dairy Free?

We have some products that are Dairy Free. Please see the 'Ingredients' drop down menu on each product for allergens.

How Do I Cancel or Amend My Order?

If you would like to cancel or amend your order, please contact our Customer Service Team on as soon as possible and we will assist you further. We are unable to cancel any orders once they have been processed.

Are Your Products Vegan?

Most of our products are Vegan. Please see the 'Dietary Information' drop down box on each product page to see if the sweets are suitable for a Vegan and/or Vegetarian diet. If you have any further questions regarding any ingredients or allergens, please feel free to email us at or submit an enquiry through the Contact Us page.

Are Your Products Halal Friendly?

Yes! All of our products are gelatine free and Halal friendly.

How Long Will My Delivery Take?

If you order before 12pm (Monday-Friday), your order will be dispatched on the next working day. It can take anything from 2-3 working days for your package to be delivered to you. If your package has not arrived after 5 days please contact us and we will investigate further. Any orders placed on Saturday/Sunday will be dispatched on the next working day.

Will My Parcel Fit Through the Door?

Smaller orders (2 bags) will fit through the door, however larger orders (3 bags or more) will require someone to be at the property to receive.

Do You Deliver Internationally?

At this moment in time we are not delivering internationally.

Do You Accept Returns?

If you have any issues with your product please notify us within 24 hours via email with your name and order number. As our products are perishable goods, we are not able to take them back. We pride ourselves in providing high quality sweets and will honour any problems or concerns with your order.

Do You Have a Certain Product?

If you are after a specific product or would like a vegan alternative to a high street item we will do our best to source if it we can. Please send all product suggestions through by using our Contact Us form.

What If an Item is Unavailable/Sold Out?

We always have sufficient amounts of stock available. However, some of our more popular products may sell out if there are large orders. We will update this on our website as soon as the product is back in stock.

Can I Order a Larger Quantity of a Certain Product?

If you would like to order a larger quantity of your favourite sweets please use the Contact Us form with your requirements and we will get back to you.

Covid & Deliveries

Due to Covid-19, if your items have not arrived within the next working day. Please allow an extra day before getting in touch with us where we will be more than happy to track and find where your sweets are!

Can I Send Vegan Candy as a Gift to Someone Else?

Yes you can! Once you have added the products you would like to gift simply add the recipients address under the 'Shipping Details' page. If you would like to send a personalised message with your gift, please see below.

How Do I Send a Personalised Message?

Once you have added your items to your cart, add your message under the 'Gift Message' section and then click checkout to add shipping details.

Does Your Cocktail Range Contain Alcohol?

No! Our Cocktail Range is completely alcohol free.
